LIFTLUX – SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with LiftLux. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
By placing an order with LiftLux, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. SHIPPING PROVIDER
All orders are shipped via Aramex Store-to-Door or another courier service selected by LiftLux where necessary.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery services are performed by the courier provider and are subject to the courier's operational procedures and delivery schedules.
2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Orders are typically delivered within 8–11 business days from the date of dispatch.
Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
During promotional periods, peak seasons, public holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.
4. SHIPPING FEES
Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
LiftLux reserves the right to amend shipping fees at any time without prior notice.
5. TRACKING
Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched where available.
Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may not reflect real-time movement of parcels.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.
LiftLux shall not be responsible for failed deliveries, additional charges, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
