LIFTLUX – RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At LiftLux, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy complies with the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA") and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECTA"), while protecting the rights of both our customers and LiftLux. (Acts Online)
1. GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return (unless the product is defective), the Push-Up Board must:
-
Be returned within the applicable return period.
-
Be in its original condition.
-
Include all accessories, manuals, resistance bands, packaging, and components supplied with the product.
-
Show no signs of misuse, abuse, modification, excessive wear, or damage caused by the customer.
-
Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
LiftLux reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any refund, exchange, or warranty claim.
2. CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
As a general rule, LiftLux does not accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind after purchase.
South African law does not create a general right to return goods due to buyer's remorse. Any change-of-mind return accepted by LiftLux is entirely at our discretion. (fhbc.co.za)
Where LiftLux agrees to a discretionary return:
-
The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
-
The product must be unused and in resalable condition.
-
Original packaging must be included.
-
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
-
A reasonable handling and restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted where permitted by law.
-
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
LiftLux may refuse a change-of-mind return if the product is not returned in a condition suitable for resale.
3. ONLINE PURCHASE COOLING-OFF RIGHTS
Where South African law grants a cooling-off right for qualifying online or direct marketing transactions, customers may exercise those rights in accordance with applicable legislation. (Acts Online)
In such cases:

Written notice must be provided within the legally prescribed period.
-
The customer must return the product promptly.
-
The customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where permitted by law.

Any refund will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. (Acts Online)
